- Where a premises licence authorises the sale of alcohol, the licence must include the following conditions:
- years of age (or such older age as may be specified in the policy) to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and either- (a) a holographic mark, or (b) an ultraviolet feature.
- General Conditions The licence holder will ensure all staff are trained in the responsble sale of alcohol within the terms of the Licensing Act 2003. Records of staff training will be kept and will be made available for an officer of the licensing authority or the police. Crime and Disorder The licence holder will ensure that anyone who appears to be intoxicated with alcohol will not be served. A Challenge 25 policy will be in operation. A refusals register will be kept and made available for an officer of the licensing authority or the police. Public Safety Prevention of Public Nuisance Protection of children from harm A Challenge 25 policy will be in operation whereby proof of age ID will be required for anyone appearing to be under the age 25 years wishing to buy alcohol.
