Licence conditions (2)

Where a premises licence authorises the sale of alcohol, the licence must include the following conditions:
Prevention of Crime and Disorder  The bar will be secure with secure lath stud walls.  No money will be left on the premises overnight.  No access to the bar area will be available to any other users of the premises.  The club will be open to members and guests only, unless for a specific event.  A code of conduct is observed by all members or a disciplinary procedure is applied.  An incident book shall be kept and maintained on the premises at all times. The book shall detail in brief any incident of injury/ejection/refusals/age challenge or other incident. Such matters shall be time, dated and signed by the author and produced to police or authorised licensing officers on demand.  The licence holder shall implement the Challenge 21 scheme, ensuring prominent signage is displayed throughout the premises and all staff are trained in its operation.  All staff engaged in the sale of alcohol to be trained in responsible alcohol retailing to the minimum standard of BBIAB Level 1 or equivalent, within three months of commencing employment at the premises. Training records shall be kept on the premises and produced to the police and authorised local authority licensing officers on demand. For the avoidance of doubt this training can be administrated in-house in accordance with the relevant criteria. Training will be reviewed six monthly to ensure staff are up to date with the latest legislation. Public Safety  The site will be cleaned nightly.  The site has a full fire alarm and meets Health & Safety and fire requirements. Prevention of Public Nuisance  Members adhere to the club code of conduct.  Any public nuisance reported to the club will be dealt with via the clubs disciplinary procedure.  The club will meet all Health & Safety and fire requirements.  The volume of sound from any regulated entertainment or the provision of entertainment facilities (including public address systems) shall be strictly controlled so that the noise levels are non-intrusive
