Licence conditions (29)
  1. Where a premises licence authorises the sale of alcohol, the licence must include the following conditions:
  2. years of age (or such older age as may be specified in the policy) to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and either- (a) a holographic mark, or (b) an ultraviolet feature.
  3. General Conditions The premises will be managed in accordance with Club rules.
  4. Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied except during permitted hours.
  5. In this condition, permitted hours means: On New Year’s Eve from the end of permitted hours on New Year’s Eve to the start of permitted hours on the following day (or, if there are no permitted hours on the following day, midnight on 31 December).
  6. The above restrictions do not prohibit: the consumption of the alcohol on the premises by, or, the taking, sale or supply of alcohol to any person residing in the licensed premises Crime and Disorder
  7. The Licensee will ensure that all patrons using the premises must be registered with the site office
  8. The Licensee will ensure that all guests are signed in.
  9. The Licensee will ensure that non-alcoholic drinks are available at all times on the premises.
  10. Drugs prevention policy and measures must be complied with.
  11. The Licensee will provide/install and maintain CCTV equipment at the premises in full working order. All recordings will be retained for at least 28 days and will be made available to an authorised officer of the Licensing Authority or Police on demand.
  12. An alarm system with internal motion detectors must be maintained at the premises.
  13. The Licensee will ensure that internal doors leading to private areas are kept locked at all times when the public are on the premises.
  14. Till drawers must be left open and cash removed at closing time. Public Safety
  15. The Licensee will ensure that trained first aider(s) are on duty when the public are present.
  16. The Licensee will ensure that an adequate and appropriate supply of first aid equipment and materials are available on the premises.
  17. The Licensee will ensure that the premises is maintained in a safe and well-lit condition.
  18. The Licensee will ensure that when disabled people are present, adequate arrangements are in place to enable their safe evacuation from the premises in the event of an emergency. Prevention of Public Nuisance
  19. The Licensee will provide and maintain signage on the premises requesting that patrons leave the area quietly.
  20. The Licensee will take steps to ban customers who cause noise disturbance when leaving the premises.
  21. The Licensee will ensure that all doors and windows are closed at 22:00 hours when live music is being provided other than for access and egress.
  22. The Licensee will ensure that background music levels are reduced at 00:00 hours.
  23. The use of outside areas including the beer garden and external seating shall not be permitted after 23:30 hours.
  24. There shall be no live music, no playing of recorded music and no other musical entertainment of a similar description held outdoors unless previously agreed in writing with the Licensing Authority.
  25. The volume of the amplification system shall be strictly controlled so that noise levels are non-intrusive at nearby residential properties. The movement of bottles to and from receptacles outside the premises shall not take place between the hours of 23:30 and 07:00 other than for deliveries Protection of children from harm
  26. The Licensee will ensure that children are accompanied at all times by an adult while they are on the premises.
  27. All members of staff at the premises will seek PASS accredited proof of age cards, photo-driving licences or passports as proof of age evidence from any person who appears to be under the age of 18 and who is seeking to purchase or consume alcohol on the premises.
  28. The Licensee and/or staff will monitor AWP(s) to ensure non-use by under-18s. A sign confirming age prohibition will also be clearly displayed near the machine(s).
  29. The Licensee will ensure that only suitable entertainment is provided when children are on the premises.
