Farm Shop
Thorough training and effective management to ensure all staff are aware of the requirement to meet the 4 key licensing objectives at all times.
An Operating Schedule detailing the hours of operation and activities licensed at the premise.
Challenge 21 scheme will operate in the farm shop.
A record will be maintained by staff when a sale of alcohol has been refused, and will be made available to the police upon request.
CCTV will be installed, well maintained and monitored with recordings made available to the police upon request.
All internal and external areas to be adequately lit to ensure public safety.
The deliveries of goods to the shop will be carried out in such a time and manner as to not to disturb local residents.
All staff members will receive training on licensing issues and the requirement to ask for photographic identification for age verification.

We will make sure there are regular glass collections, request photographic identification to control underage drinking, there is CCTV in place, external areas are all well lit

Annual gas safety check, ring main electrical check (once every 5 years), PAT testing (portable electrical appliance testing), up to date health & safety policy & risk assessments, employers & public liability insurance in place, sufficient lighting internally & externally, regular fire checks & servicing of fire detection & extinguishing equipment, emergency procedures in place, good housekeeping procedures in place to ensure all exit routes are kept clear.
The prevention of public nuisance
We are situated on a private estate, where any nearby properties are rented by the residents from the estate. Customers will be asked to leave quietly and to keep noise to a minimum. We will control all equipment to ensure it does not exceed acceptable noise levels.
The protection of children from harm
All children on site must be supervised at all times.
