  1. EC0801 - Credit Sales (from original Justices Licence)
  2. Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied unless it is paid for before or at the time when it is sold or supplied, except alcohol sold or supplied:
  3. (a) with and for consumption at a meal supplied at the same time, is consumed with the meal and paid for together with the meal;
  4. (b) for consumption by a person residing in the premises or his guest and paid for together with his accommodation;
  5. (c) to a canteen or mess.
  6. No music or speech shall be relayed via external speakers other than for events with the prior approval of the licensing authority.
  7. The club premises have air-conditioned and air filtration installed within six months of the date of this Notice of Determination to avoid the need to open doors and windows for ventilation.
  8. For the final hour of opening the music is reduced in volume and is discernibly quieter.
  9. The garden area is closed to the public after 23.00 hours.
  10. All external doors and windows must be kept closed, other than for access and egress, in all rooms when events involving amplified music or speech are taking place.
