Licence conditions (12)
  1. SIA Security Guards will be employed to be on patrol and at the entry and exit points at all times when the public will be on site. They will also be carrying out searches when guests enter the arena.
  2. There will be a no glass policy in the arena, there will be clear signage stating this point and all ticket holders will be reminded prior to the event.
  3. The bar areas will be selling all drinks in plastic cups so no glass or bottles will be used. Any glass found in the arena will be confiscated.
  4. A zero tolerance policy to drugs, violence and social disorder will be adopted. This will be made clear to all guests on booking and again on entry.
  5. A First Aid tent staffed by a Paramedic and First Aiders will be on site to tend to any medical issues. This has been situated in easy reach of the access road and emergency exit so that if a person requires transfer to an emergency vehicle this can be facilitated in a timely fashion and without endangering other members of the public.
  6. The site is in a rural but accessible location with no immediate residential neighbours and for this reason there should be no issues with noise or light pollution.
  7. There will be large bins placed all around the site to prevent litter.
  8. There are three roads feeding into the site so traffic congestion should be kept to a minimum, as well as a large ticket processing area on site to prevent queuing on the road.
  9. The Public entering the site has been staggered over two days via camping or day tickets so to further ease checks and overcrowding.
  10. This is a community event and will be promoting a safe and inspirational environment for children.
  11. All bar areas will be enforcing a "Challenge 25" policy to prevent under age consumption of alcohol.
