Annexe 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating ScheduleGeneral1. All events will be run in accordance with:- Euston Estate, Euston - Operating Schedule Version dated 23.02.2017.2. If the Licensee proposes to change any of the content of the Operating Schedule Version dated 23.02.2017. the Licensee will submit the changes to the Licensing Authority and Responsible Authorities. 3. In the event that agreement cannot be reached with Responsible Authorities in relation to the revised Operating Schedule, then the licensee will submit an application for variation of the Premises Licence to enable a hearing to be held to resolve the matter. The Prevention of Crime and DisorderThe following is a list of conditions Euston Estate will adhere to for all events (with the exemption of strictly private functions) at the premises: 1. A planning and risk assessment document will be maintained to direct the conduct of each event scheduled at the premises proportionate to the type and scale of the event. 2. The premises shall maintain a legible written record of all hirings of the premises (whether it be hirings in accordance with the premises licence or TENS hirings) and this shall be produced for inspection upon request of an authorised officer of the Local Authority or Police.3. A legible written record is to be maintained stating the actual opening times and closing times of the premises during all occasions that the premises is being used for licensable activities, with such entries to be signed off as a true and accurate record by the Designated Premises Supervisor or someone authorised in writing to do so on their behalf. 4. During all events to which the public have access through tickets, payment at the premises or free access there will be a no glass policy. 5. Plastic glasses shall be used for all drinks with glass bottles being decanted at the point of sale.
