  1. A CCTV system shall be installed and maintained fully operational and in good working order at all times. It shall make clear images that include points of sale of alcohol and of the purchasers of the alcohol as well as coverage of the alcohol stock. The CCTV recordings shall show an accurate date and time that the recordings were made and all images shall be retained for a period of not less 31 days. CCTV recordings shall be made available for viewing by any police officer, community support officer or authorised person upon demand to any police officer, community support officer or authorised person.
  2. All alcohol sold shall be placed in a bag of any other colour other than blue.
  3. All staff employed to serve alcohol are to have regular training concerning responsible alcohol retailing. Records are to be kept of such training and supplied to Police or to the Local Authority if and when required, unless they are a personal licence holder.
  4. The premises shall operate in accordance with the ¿Challenge 21¿ scheme. This scheme operates on the basis that whilst alcohol may be sold to persons aged 18 years and over, anyone who appears under 21 years of age will be asked for ID. Notices to this effect shall be displayed in a clear and prominent position at the premises.
  5. The only proof of age accepted in respect of the sale of alcohol shall be a passport, photocard driving licence and those accredited with a ¿PASS¿ hologram logo.
  6. A refusals book shall be kept at the premises in which must be recorded forthwith the date, time and circumstances under which any attempted purchase by a young customer has been refused. This book must be made available for inspection by any police officer, community support officer or authorised person.
