- No intoxicating liquor shall be supplied otherwise than to (a) A member of Power House Fitness Centre who has been a member for at least two days or whose nomination or application for membership was made at least two days before his admission.
- (b) A guest of such a member bona fide entertained by him at his own expense.
- An up to date copy of the rules of the club for the election of members shall be deposited with the Clerk to the Licensing Justices. Any changes in the rules shall be provided to the Clerk of the Licensing Justices within 28 days.
- A list of the names and addresses of all members shall be kept on the premises and produced on demand for inspection by a constable in uniform.
- No application shall be made under the authority of the license for the grant of an occasional licence.
