Licence conditions (1)
- The premises shall be an active member of 'Church Watch' The premises shall have a zero tolerance policy to any actions by any persons in what is public nuisance. Any such incidents shall be reported to the Police and local authority. Either: i) Regulated entertainment shall be held internally only and no music or speakers shall be provided to the external areas of the premises. OR ii) The LAeq, 10minute Music Noise Level (as defined in the Noise Council's Code of Practice on Environmental Noise Control at Concerts, 1995) from any outdoor regulated entertainment when measured at one metre from the boundary of the Emmanuel Church Complex, in accordance with the aforementioned Code of Practice, shall not exceed the L90 Background Level by more than 5dBA over a ten-minute period. A level of 65 dBLeq 15 minute shall not be exceeded in the 63 or 125 Hertz octave bands, at one metre from the boundary of the Emmanuel Church Complex.
