Licence conditions (18)
  1. All activities are vetted by the Committee.
  2. The hall is kept locked unless an authorised activity is taking place.
  3. No alcohol is served except when a Temporary Event Notice is obtained.
  4. All persons hiring the hall must sign a hiring agreement.
  5. Committee member has the authority to stop an activity not covered by our licence at any time.
  6. All clients must leave a contact address prior to using the hall.
  7. Good lighting in situ.
  8. Disabled access.
  9. All health and safety checks in place compliant with hall policy and risk assessment.
  10. Entrances and fire exits kept clear as per safety policy.
  11. Fire prevention apparatus in good working order.
  12. Compliance with permitted hours.
  13. Ensure a safe and rapid dispersal at the end of the night.
  14. Ensure reduced noise on departure.
  15. Committee member to supervise safe parking.
  16. Drinking outside to be actively discouraged.
  17. All childrens activities to be supervised at all times by a responsible adult.
  18. Child safe guarding policy in place.
