Licence conditions (26)
  1. All doors and windows shall be kept closed when regulated entertainment is being provided, except in the event of an emergency.
  2. The placing of bottles into receptacles outside the premises is not permitted to take place between the hours of 2000 and 0800 to minimise disturbance to nearby properties.
  3. No alcoholic drinks shall be taken out of the premises after 10pm.
  4. When the proposed number of people at any function is expected to exceed the maximum number set out in BS 6465-1:2006+A1:2009 (see below) for the provision of sanitary appliances, additional provision must be made available in the changing rooms nearby. This provision must be clearly signposted from the main toilets and maintained in a sanitary state.   5. All electrical equipment brought into the premises must be accompanied by a current Portable Appliance Test certificate (PAT) or equivalent. All electrical testing must be carried out by a suitably trained and competent person.

  25. Staff training in relating to consumption of alcohol by persons under 18 and prevention of adults buying alcohol for children.
  26. Compliance with RFU Regulations relating to children - safeguarding, training, CRB checks.
