Additional stewards placed in key areas such as in the food & drink area, around the main music stage and main arena.,.
  3. Fenced off car parking with parking assistance as mentioned above.11. Main stage and arena fenced off to keep public at a safe viewing distance.12. Floodlighting to cover the toilets and car parking area.13. BBQ cooking area fenced off to the public. Drinks and food to be served using plastic cups and plates with plastic cutlery.14. First aiders in attendance such as St Johns Ambulance which include a qualified first aider and ambulance.15. Firework display to be cordoned off and undertaken by a professional fireworks display company/person.16. All generators to be fenced off from the public and fire extinguishers in place around the main stage, arena and food areas.,.
  4. Ensuring visitors park in the allocated area and not blocking driveways or access for residents.18. No alcohol to be served to any member of the public who appears drunk.19. Stewards to monitor groups of unaccompanied teenagers.20. Sound engineers to monitor noise levels and adjust speakers where possible to try and keep the noise levels acceptable away from the heath.,.
  5. Stewards to monitor any unaccompanied children.22. Lost and found area for children and parents to report to in the event a child gets lost.23. All dangerous equipment to be fenced off including BBQ cooking platforms and generators.,.
  6. Agreed with Environmental Protection1. Amplified sound from the licensed premises shall not exceed 65 dB (A) at the nearest noise sensitive premises after 23.00 Friday and Saturday and 18.00 Sunday.2. Speakers shall be orientated so the sound is directed at the audience and where practicable away from residential properties.,.
