  1. This application is for the premises to host up to three local events at this location per annum.
  2. Events will include: Food and Drink Festivals, Motor Shows, Drink and Music/Dance Festivals.
  3. Each event will be within the same days of the weeks and timings as set out in the Operating Schedule.
  4. Each Event will have a specific Event Management plan which will be submitted to Sevenoaks Council Safety Advisory group for review.
  5. Any recommendations from the Police will be implemented (i.e. the engagement of relevant numbers of SIA certified door supervisors).
  6. All marshals and stewards will be briefed on the response to any disorder. Two way radios will keep key Stewards informed.
  7. Any person acting in a disorderly manner will be asked to leave the premises immediately, before contacting Police.
  8. Ingress and Egress points are clearly marked on the site plan. These will be manned by Marshals who will implement the 'Traffic Management plan to ensure that there are no queues.
  9. All alcohol vendors will be instructed to carry out a strict 'Challenge 25' policy. This will be checked by the DPS and events marshals throughout the event.
