  4. An incident book will be kept on site, and this will be available for inspection by either a local authority officer or Kent Police.
  5. No one who is clearly intoxicated or under the influence of drugs will be served alcohol.

  7. Ask Angela scheme will be in place and staff trained so they understand to escort any vulnerable people to a place of safety.
