General Conditions Prevention of Crime and Disorder The Licensee will be an active member of Nightsafe. Public Safety Prevention of Public Nuisance
The external beer garden as detailed on drawing number 05/108 - 01 and dated July 2005 attached to the application, shall not be used after 23:30 hours other than for persons wishing to smoke.
The volume of any description of regulated entertainment shall be strictly controlled so that noise levels are non-intrusive at the boundaries of nearby residential properties.
All external windows and external doors to the premises shall be kept closed (other than for access and egress) whenever performances of regulated entertainment are in progress.
The Licensee will ensure that adequate steps are in place (e.g. signage and/or sufficient staff on site) to ensure that customers leave the premises quietly. Protection of children from harm
