  1. The admission of children, that is persons under 18 years of age, to the exhibition of any film shall be restricted in accordance with any recommendation made by the British Board of Film Classification (BBFC) or by Bexley Council
  2. Together with for the purposes of paragraph 6(5) of Schedule 8 to the Licensing Act 2003 all other licensable activities which may be carried out at the premises by virtue of the justices licence issued under the Licensing Act 1964 and existing as of the date of this licence, which include but may not be limited to the following:
  3. Public entertainment may be provided by the reproduction of wireless (including television) broadcasts or of programme included in any other service (within the meaning of the Broadcasting Act 1990) other than a sound or television broadcasting service, or public entertainment by way of music and singing only which is provided solely by the reproduction of recorded sound; and
  4. ii) Private entertainment, that is to say dancing and music, may be provided and promoted for private gain.
  5. Authorised use of the premises beer garden shall cease at 23.00 hour (Hearing date: 30 June 2005)
  6. At all times when the premises operate in accordance with this licence CCTV cameras shall be in operation
  7. Clear and legible signage shall at all times be prominently displayed at all exit doors reminding patrons to leave quietly and with consideration to local residents
  8. The supply of late night refreshments shall be restricted to indoors only
  9. On occasions when regulated entertainment is being provided between 23.00 hours and 07.00 hours noise from the provision of regulated entertainment shall be inaudible at the façade of nearby residential properties and at all other times shall not cause a nuisance.
