  2. No underage sales.
  3. No sale to drunk and misbehaving customers.
  4. Staff will be trained to refuse sale and consumption in shop.
  5. b) The prevention of crime and disorder
  6. No alcohol to be sold to drunk and misbehaving customers.
  7. Stall will be trained to make sure that alcohol is not drunk in the shop.
  8. Notices will be clearly displayed and enforced, i.e. times for alcohol sale, underage notice and 24hr CCTV.
  9. c) Public safety
  10. Staff will be trained to ask for ID to prove legal age to avoid underage sale.
  11. A book will be kept to record any refusals made by staff.
  12. d) The prevention of public nuisance
  13. Notices will be displayed asking customers to leave premises quietly and respect residence.
  14. Stall will be very careful to minimise noise before and after trading hours to avoid disturbance to residence and public.
  15. e) The protection of children from harm
  16. To make sure staff are well trained to ask for ID to any customer who look under the age of 25 years old.
  17. Staff will be informed of which ID's are acceptable.
