Licence conditions (8)
  1. The external doors and windows shall be closed after 23:00 hours.
  2. The authorised use of the rear garden shall cease at 23:00 hours.
  3. Where regulated entertainment is to be provided at any time during the night hours (23.00 hours to 07.00 hours the following day) noise from the provision of regulated entertainment shall be inaudible at the façade (façade meaning the elevation or elevations of buildings used for habitation that face towards the licensed premises) of nearby residential properties.
  4. There shall be a personal licence holder on duty on the premises at all times when the premises are authorised to sell alcohol.
  5. No customer shall be permitted to take alcohol, drink containers, bottles or glasses outside to the front of the premises (for the avoidance of doubt this does not include the rear garden area).
  6. The premises shall operate in accordance with the "Challenge 25" scheme. This scheme operates on the basis that, whilst alcohol may be sold to persons aged 18 years or over, any person who appears under 25 years of age shall be required to provide ID. Notices to this effect shall be displayed in a clear and prominent position at the premises and the only ID accepted in respect of the sale of alcohol shall be a: o proof of age card bearing the PASS hologram logo; o passport; o UK photo driving licence; or o other form of ID as agreed with the Licensing Authority
  7. Staff shall receive regular training on the prevention of under age sales. Such training shall be recorded and these records shall on request be made available to the Police, community support officer or an authorised officer of the Licensing Authority.
  8. A refusals book shall be kept at the premises in which shall be recorded forthwith the time, date and circumstances under which any attempted purchase by a child or a customer unable to produce proof of age has been refused. This book shall be made available for inspection by a Police officer, community support officer or an authorised officer of the Licensing Authority.
