Licence conditions (10)
  1. An incident and refusals log shall be kept at the premises for at least 12 months, and made available on request to a Police officer or an authorised officer of the licensing authority, which will record the following: (a) All crimes reported to or by the premises to the Police. (b) All ejections of patrons (c) Any incidents of crime and disorder (d) Seizures of drugs, offensive weapons, fraudulent ID or other items (e) Any refusal of the sale of alcohol
  2. A 'Challenge 25' policy shall be adopted, implemented, and maintained ensuring that all members of staff are trained to refuse supply to anyone who appears to be under the age of 25 and who is seeking to obtain any age restricted product unless that person provides credible photographic proof of age evidence. Such credible evidence shall include a photograph of the customer and acceptable form of ID. Examples of acceptable ID are limited to photo card driving licence, passports, military identification, or proof of age cards bearing the 'PASS' hologram. No other evidence of age and identity may be accepted.
  3. Challenge 25 posters shall be displayed at the premises.
  4. Notices shall be placed in the area reminding customers to respect neighbours and to use the area quietly.
  5. The Premises Licence Holder or nominated person shall ensure that all relevant members of staff receive training in their responsibilities under the Licensing Act 2003. Such training shall be documented, and records made available upon request from the Police or an authorised officer of the Licensing Authority.
  6. All external doors and windows shall be closed when any live entertainment or amplified entertainment is taking place except for ingress and egress.
  7. Staff will, in accordance with a prepared rota, make regular checks of the toilets. Such checks shall be recorded on the rota.
  8. Signs shall be displayed throughout the premises indicating ' zero tolerance' in respect of drugs.
  9. Children under 18 years of age shall not be permitted to the premises after 22:00 hours and at all other times will only be allowed access if accompanied by an adult.
  10. The amusement machines shall be located in close proximity to the bar servery so they can be monitored by staff.
