Licence conditions (13)

- Driftwood café will be a family - friendly seaside café with alcohol being served to compliment our meals. I will make sure all stuff are trained in our licensing obligations age restrictions and escalation management. We will be respectful yo our customers and neighbours.
- We will sell alcohol responsibly and only to seated customers. We will also train our stuff to handle refusing serve id we believe the personal to be intoxicated / underage, in a professional manner. All refusals will be logged and monitored
- We will comply with all health & safety and fire regulations. We will make sure floors are clear to access and exit routes maintained. Our staff will be trained in emergency procedures and first aid awareness.
- We envisage Driftwood will operate mainly during the day and early evening. We will keep noise to a minimum and make sure its mainly inside. We have a great relationship with our neighbours and will make sure our customers respect that.
- Driftwood will be family friendly with children welcome with accompanying adults. We will have a challenge 25 policy. Staff will be safeguarded training to be vigilant to make sure children are not being exposed to inappropriate behaviour

Any security employed at the premises must be accredited to SIA security provision.

All staff trained in Violence Against Women and Girls process with scheme such as “Ask for Angela” trained to staff.
CCTV will be in operation during opening times; This CCTV will record continuously and be stored in a format able to be retrieved for 31 days.Camera’s coverage will include entrance/ exit and the till/service area.
All CCTV will be provided to a responsible agent immediately on request or within 72hrs
