Licence conditions (21)
  1. All music activities shall be indoors only.
  2. Public Safety
  3. A fire risk assessment to be carried out (this is covered is by other legislation)
  4. Staff training re evacuation and escape routes to take place.
  5. Prevention of Public Nuisance
  6. All windows and doors to be closed from 23:30.
  7. Signage to be displayed requesting customers to leave quietly and to have consideration for neighbors.
  8. Plastic glassware to be used.
  9. Bottle bins will not be emptied outdoors after 11.00 p.m.
  10. Protection of Children from Harm
  11. Children must be accompanied by an adult when on the premises and will not be allowed on the premises from 10.00 p.m.
  12. AWP and SWP machines to remain in direct view.
  13. Only Passport and Photo driving Licence ID to be accepted along with the PASS scheme of the Portman Group.
  14. Prevention of Crime and Disorder
