Any marketing material will specify that from 24:00 hours to 03.00 hours ( or alternatively from 12 midnight to 3am) the premises will operate a home delivery service only.
From 24:00 hours onwards the interior and exterior lighting to the front of the premises shall be switched off.
From 24:00 hours the blinds to the front of the premises will be kept closed.
On occasions that the premises trade between 24:00 hours and 03:00 hours, for the purposes of providing a home delivery service, access to the premises shall be limited to staff and shall be via the rear entrance/exit door only.
All doors and windows shall be kept closed at night to prevent the transmission of noise.
Customers will be asked to leave the premises quietly and with due consideration for the neighbours.
Music shall not be played at the premises.
The delivery drivers shall enter and leave their vehicles quietly and considerately. They shall not leave their engines running nor park inconsiderately.
