Licence conditions (10)
  1. All doors and windows shall be kept closed at night to prevent the transmission of noise.
  2. Customers will be asked to leave the premises quietly and with due consideration for the neighbours.
  3. Music shall not be played at the premises.
  4. The delivery drivers shall enter and leave their vehicles quietly and considerately. They shall not leave their engines running nor park inconsiderately.
  5. On occasions that the pemises trade beyond 24:00 hours on Sunday to Thursday and beyond 00:30 hours on Friday and Saturday nights the premises will operate a home delivery service only.
  6. Any marketing material will specify that from 24:00 hours to 01:00 hours on Sunday to Thursday and from 00:30 hours to 01:30 hours on Friday and Saturday nights the premises will operate a home delivery service only.
  7. From 24:00 hours onwards on Sunday to Thursday and from 00:30 hours onwards on Friday and a Saturday, the interior and exterior lighting to the front of the premises shall be switched off.
  8. On occasions that the premises trade between 24:00 hours and 01:00 hours on Sunday to Thursday and between 00:30 hours and 01:30 hours on Friday and Saturday nights, for the purpose of providing a home delivery service, access to the premises shall be limited to staff and shall be via the rear entrance/exit door only.
  9. Notices shall be displayed asking customers to leave the premises quietly and with due consideration for the neighbours.
  10. A maximum of two cars shall be used for the purpose of the provision of a home delivery service. (Conditions 1-5 above were imposed by the Licensing Sub-Committee on 16 October 2014)
