No alcohol sold or consumed or allowed in the premises. No music or entertainment of any kind is allowed. Any suspicious activities will be reported to the police immediately. Management teams will be trained on how to deal with crime and disorder to help police and community. Sufficient lighting at outside areas. Customers and all employees are encouraged to enter and leave the premises in quite and considerate manner by placing notices where appropriate. All doors and window closed to prevent noise transmission. Children will not permitted into the cooking areas unless accompanied with a trained adult/supervisor. No children under age of 16 years old shall be permitted on the premises unless accompanied by an adult after 9pm. Kent Police believe that the attachment of the following conditions would assist in the promotion of the licensing objectives and ensure a greater level of safety for the public and staff in and around the venue:
CCTV to be fitted to a standard agreed to by the police that complies with the current CCTV Code of Practice produced by the Information Commissioners Office, with all public areas, including all access and egress points.
The CCTV system will be maintained and serviced on a regular basis and records kept to that effect.
CCTV shall be operational at all times that members of the public and/or staff are on the premises. Images will be retained for a period of at least 30 days by whatever means the licence holder deems appropriate.
Staff will be fully trained in the CCTV system and there will be at least one member of staff on duty during trading hours who is able to view and provide a recording of any incident at the request of police or local authority.
No drinks of any kind will be served in glass receptacles.
There will be no public entry, or re-entry, to the premises for the last 30 minutes of licensable activity.
A logbook will be kept detailing all incidents that occur at the premises. This will be a bound book which will detail the following: a. The day, date and time of the incident b. The member of staff making the entry c. All members of staff involved in the incident d. An account of the incident e. Details of any persons injured and injuries sustained f. Any other details thought relevant g. The duty manager or supervisor will check and sign the logbook at the end of every shift.
