Licence conditions (7)
  1. Where a premises licence authorises the sale of alcohol, the licence must include the following conditions:
  2. years of age (or such older age as may be specified in the policy) to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and either- (a) a holographic mark, or (b) an ultraviolet feature.

  4. The Licensee will adopt a proof of age scheme/challenge 21.
  5. The Licensee will adopt a refusal register.
  6. The Licensee will ensure that staff are trained on licensing law.
  7. The Licensee will ensure that CCTV operates on the premises. Public Safety The Licensee will ensure that all fire safety equipment is properly maintained. Prevention of Public Nuisance The Licensee will ensure that when recorded music is played, a member of management will routinely circulate outside the premises to ensure there is no noise breakout that could cause a nuisance. Protection of children from harm The Licensee will ensure that all staff are trained regarding the law on sales of alcohol to persons under 18. In case of doubt, photographic ID will be required.
