I will set Video/CCTV equipment to record from the time that the premises open to the public until the premises close and all members of the public have left.Public Safety1. The main entrance and exit doors should remain closed except for access and egress when amplified music or speech is playedProtection of Children from Harm1. All staff will be trained regarding the law on sales of alcohol to persons under 18. 2. The principles under the ‘Challenge 25’ scheme will be adopted whereby any customer buying alcohol who looks under 25 will be challenged to prove they are over 18. 3. In case of doubt photographic ID will be required.
