Licence conditions (8)

The DPS shall always ensure that when the premises is open, that there are sufficient and competent staff on duty, fulfilling the terms and conditions to the licence and for preventing crime and disorder.
The licensee will ensure that all Staff training shall be undertaken on staff appointment and updated every 12 months. Training delivered to staff shall be recorded.
Training shall cover: b) The requirements for ID as part of age verification. c) Dealing with an intoxicated person, or a drug related incident. d) Dealing with disorderly incidents/disorderly persons e) All staff will be trained for underage sales prevention regularly f) Recording of any refusal to sell alcohol. staff and in their responsibility in relation to the sale of alcohol, particularly with regards to drunkenness and underage persons g) Recording of incidents h) Safeguarding of children and vulnerable adults i) Reporting of incidents to police and information to be shared with police to promote the licensing objectives. • All training records will be available to an authorised officer on request. • Any incidents of a criminal nature that may occur on the premises will be reported to the police. • The venue shall maintain a log of persons barred from the premises. • CCTV shall be installed on the premises showing correct date and time information. • The CCTV will cover the internal licensed areas, the smoking area, the outdoor patio and seating area, and the entrance doorway. • The CCTV shall provide images of good quality in all lighting conditions and shall capture frontal images of people entering the premises. • The premises licence holder must ensure the CCTV is in good order and regularly maintained and that staff are able to make copies available at the request of the Police or other authorised officer on request. Police, Fire & Rescue, Environmental Health and the Health and Safety authorities will have access to images at any reasonable time • CCTV footage must be retained for a minimum of 28 days. • CCTV will be installed and shall conform with the following points: i. Be capable of visually confirming the nature of the crime committed. ii. Have a recording device located in a secure area • The premises licence holder shall risk assess the requirement for SIA to be on duty at any events and keep a record of that risk assessment, making it available

During hours of operation there should always be a nominated member of staff available to receive any complaints, with a dedicated telephone number.
There will always be a Hub manager or a Functions Manager or a designated premises supervisor present when the premises is open.
That the balcony and upstairs bi-fold doors of the premises shall not be used on Sundays.
That the bi-fold doors of the premises be subject to the following conditions: a) Upstairs will be closed at 9.30pm. b) Downstairs will be closed at 10pm.
