The placing of bottles into receptacles outside the premises is not permitted to take place after/between the hours of 8pm and 8am to minimise disturbance to nearby properties on any day except Sunday when no such disposal shall take place before 10am.
The management team and DPS will ensure all staff receive regular training about the responsible sale of alcohol, with written guidance and management support available on the premises at all times. The training and guidance will specifically address: what the four licensing objectives are trying to achieve in practice, with a focus on the needs of our local community; what the implications are for our business, ensuring everyone understands the business’ responsibilities when it comes to alcohol; most importantly, the specific responsibilities and processes that relate to the sale of alcohol for everyone’s individual role. The training about the responsible sale of alcohol will cover what staff can and should do to prevent the over consumption of alcohol, resultant aggressive behaviour etc. Staff training to cover noise reduction methods should it ever become very noisy. Staff training to cover sensible and managed dispersal of customers when premises used as a restaurant.
As part of this process, the DPS will ensure there are processes and allowances in place for: monitoring performance and blind-testing, to make sure everyone is selling alcohol responsibly; the DPS to stay up to date with best practice; staff to feedback on areas of improvement.

Outside lighting for customers leaving the premises at night.
Internal rules that limit the volume of music to an appropriate level.
Challenge 21 Policy in place which the DPS and management team will actively monitor and blind-test. This will also be covered in the training and guidance given to all staff.
