Licence conditions (14)
  1. Sale of alcohol to be carried out by trained staff over 18 years of age.
  2. Alcohol will not be served to anyone intoxicated.
  3. Fire Exits to be clearly marked and kept clear at all times.
  4. Maximum capacity of restaurant not to be exceeded at any time.
  5. Challenge 21 policy in operation.
  6. Children will be allowed in the restaurant but prolonged periods of alcohol consumption by parents will not be allowed following their meal.
  7. CCTV in installation.
  8. A tamper proof CCTV shall be in use at the premises at all times when the venue is operating. This CCTV system shall be used and maintained in conjunction with the manufacturers instructions.
  9. CCTV images shall be retained for a period of at least 28 days and those images shall be made available upon request by an officer of the responsible authorities.
  10. An age verification scheme, such as ‘Challenge 25’ shall be in operation at all times when the sale of alcohol is taking place. A notice displaying such a scheme is in operation shall be displayed at the point of sale.
  11. An incident book will be kept, recording all incidents of disorder on or immediately outside the premises. All ongoing incidents of disorder will be reported to the police via 999
  12. Staff shall receive suitable training in matters relevant to the licensing objectives and a copy of the training records shall be kept up to date and maintained by the licensee.
  13. Notices shall be prominently displayed at all exits requesting patrons to respect the needs of local residents and businesses and leave the area quietly
  14. Strictly no alcohol sales of any kind to be permitted from any part of the business except for consumption within the restaurant area and only to persons consuming a meal within the restaurant or seated at the bar.
