- All licensing conditions relating to the online sale of alcohol shall be included in the Terms and Conditions that apply to the sale and shall be displayed on the applicant's website or any other promotional material and expressly brought to the attention of the buyer at the time that the order is placed. It is a fundamental term of the applicant's contract with third-party deliver businesses that the age of the person accepting the delivery of alcohol is verified before the products are handed over.
