- Authorised sale of: Intoxicating liquor of all descriptions. Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied except during permitted hours. The following non standard timings shall be applicable in respect of the sale of alcohol: Christmas day 12.00 to 15.00 and Good Friday 08.00 to 22.30 A ‘Challenge 21’ Policy will be in operation at the premises in that persons who appear to be under the age of 21 years seeking to purchase alcohol will be requested to provide either a passport, photographic driving licence or a PASS accredited proof of age card. All occasions when persons have been refused shall be recorded in writing. All incidents of Crime and Disorder at the premises will be recorded in an incident book at the premises. The premises shall participate in and comply with the requirements of the local Authority knock back scheme at all times or such other scheme or schemes of a similar of a similar nature that may be introduced. All staff employed at the premises will receive training every six months in relation to the prevention of underage sales of alcohol/proxy sales. Records of training will be kept at the premises for inspection by any authorised officer on request. CCTV coverage shall be provided in the form of a recordable system, providing clear quality pictures/images in all lighting conditions. Cameras shall cover all areas where the sale of alcohol occurs, the entrance and immediate area to the front of the premises. Equipment shall be maintained in good working order and checked every 12 months. The system shall record in real time and operate whilst the premises are open for licensable activities. The recordings shall be kept available for a period of 31 days and handed to Police or Local Authority approved Officer on request. The Recording equipment shall be kept in a secure environment under the control of the Premises Licence Holder or other responsible named individual.
