Licence conditions (5)
- Club constitution includes rules governing the conduct of members and their guests within adjacent to the club premises.2. Admission to the club is confined to members and bona-fide guests and controlled through club officials and employees via an online system. 3. Club employees must not admit or serve members and guests who behave in a drunk or disorderly fashion. Misconduct must be reported to the committee to consider action under the club's disciplinary code.
- Following risk assessment, preventative and control measures are in place to ensure the safety of members, guests, employees and entertainers while on premises. 5. The club complies with advised capacity limits. 6. First aid is always available.
- Signage is displayed near exits requesting members and guests to respect the needs of local residents by quietly leaving the premises. 8. When live or recorded music is played all reasonable steps are taken to avoid disturbance to neighbouring properties. A noise limiter is fitted and used on acoustic equipment.
- Flag officers and club staff must ensure that young children seeking admission to the club for any purpose are accompanied by a parent or guardian. 10. Accompanied children and grandchildren of members and their guests may attend a private party in the bar and lounge area.11. Committee members and other members of staff are instructed in the offence provisions of the Licensing Act 2003 relating to alcohol and the protection of children.12. Signage must be posted at all bars prohibiting the direct or indirect supply or delivery of alcohol to children.13. A child protection policy is in place.
- Any licensable activity which is carried out in the outside area shall cease by no later than 22.00.2. The outside area shall be used for licensable activity on no more than 12 occasions in any calendar year.3. An incident log will be maintained in respect of any complaints or concerns which are raised in relation to the outside area, or the conduct of patrons in this area. This logbook will be provided to an authorised officer of the Council or Essex Police on request.
