Licence conditions (1)
- All applicants shall be given an application pack containing guidance notes, application form, risk assessment form, terms and conditions. Events shall be organized in accordance with Crossens Community Association’s booking procedures, As part of the application submission the applicant will need to prove they have public liability insurance and submit their own risk assessment. The booking procedure shall include consultation where necessary with Merseyside Police, Merseyside Fire Service, St Johns Ambulance. An officer of Crossens Community Association shall be responsible for dealing with events bookings, and shall check that the applicant has met all the criteria where applicable, and liaise direct with the organizer. Officers of the Council, Environmental Protection, Sefton Security and other Authorities shall have the right to inspect an event. Sefton Security shall be notified prior to an event taking place. As this is an indoor venue numbers of people attending shall be restricted. All exits shall be clearly marked Emergency numbers shall be displayed in prominent positions. Any person or group dealing with children shall be CRB checked.
