Licence conditions (22)

A CCTV system installed and in operation 24 hours, 7 days a week, covering all internal areas including front entrance/exit doors and the immediate external front hardstanding area, to record and retain images for a minimum of 28 days.
Images must be supplied to any responsible authority on request e.g. Police, Fire Service or Local Authority. (Note - at least 1 current member of staff must be trained and able to operate CCTV system in order to deal efficiently with any CCTV requests from any responsible authority).

Posters to be displayed in a prominent position at premises exit points requesting customers leave the premises in a quiet and orderly manner therefore reducing noise and nuisance.
No children under 14 to be allowed on the premises unless accompanied by parent, guardian or responsible adult.
Pre-organised events (e.g. Wedding function, Birthday Party etc.) will be a “No glass” policy and therefore all alcohol sales must be made in plastic or polycarbonate containers/vessels. AMENDED AND REPLACED WITH AGREEMENT FROM CUMBRIA CONSTABULARY VIA MV on 18/05/23 - Where a risk event is due to take place, the management will conduct a risk assessment specifically concerning the use of plastic drinkware.
Maximum capacity of 120 persons in the premises.
The licence holder or his representative shall conduct regular assessments of the noise coming from the premises on every occasion the premises are used for regulated entertainment and shall take steps to reduce the level of noise where it is likely to cause a disturbance to local residents. A written record shall be made of those assessments in a log book kept for that purpose and shall include the time and date of checks, the person making them and the results including any remedial action.
No explosive, firework or pyrotechnic shall be discharged in or from the premises which may cause a disturbance to the local area.
Tractor Shed Brewing will maintain a safe and secure environment at all times in keeping with its small family business values: craft beer, integrity and responsibility.
The building itself is alarmed, has external security lighting and internal webcam security cameras.
The premises will be fully supervised by trained personnel at all times.
Fire extinguishers (maintained), illuminated exit signs, lighting and other signage are already installed.
An independent audit will be carried out by the company’s insurers covering safety policy, risk assessments, COSHH assessments and fire risk assessment.
All staff trained.
Brewery tours and social events will be supervised on exit from the premises.
Sound monitoring at set locations during a public event.
Children will not be allowed on the premises unless accompanied by a responsible adult.
Signage displayed reminding adults of their responsibilities.
Challenge 25 policy implemented by trained staff.
