  1. At all times when the premises operate in accordance with this licence CCTV cameras shall: a. be maintained fully operational and in good working order at all times; b. the CCTV recordings shall show an accurate date and time that the recordings were made; c. All images shall be retained for a period of not less than 31 days;; d. CCTV recordings shall be made available for viewing by any police officer, community support officer, or authorised person upon demand; e. The original, or a copy , shall be provided upon demand to any police officer, community support officer or authorised person. f. The CCTV system shall make and retain clear images that include the alcohol display areas, the point of sale of the alcohol, and of the customers making the purchase; and g. Copies of the CCTV that are to be made available to be provided in a format that can be viewed on readily available equipment without the need for specialist software
  2. All customers attempting to purchase alcohol who appear to be under the age of 25 shall be required to produce a valid proof of age ID. Acceptable forms of identification are a: a. proof of age card bearing the PASS hologram logo; b. passport; c. EU photo driving licence; or d. Other ID with the prior written approval of the Licensing Authority.
  3. A refusals book shall be kept at the premises in which must be recorded forthwith the date, time and circumstances under which any attempted purchase by a young customer has been refused. This book must be made available for inspection by any police officer, police community support officer or authorised person.
  4. Staff shall receive regular training, a minimum of four times a year, on the prevention of underage sales and use of the CCTV system. Such training shall be recorded and those records shall, on request, be made available to the Licensing Authority or Police.
  5. Permanent signs, a minimum of A3 size shall be displayed inside and outside of the premises bearing the words: "It is a criminal offence to purchase alcohol on these premises for persons under 18 years old."
  6. All containers of alcohol sold shall be marked with a label identifying the premises and accompanied by a receipt showing the name and address of the premises.
  7. All alcohol sold shall be placed in bags bearing the name and address of the premises clearly displayed on at least one side.

Licensed hours are the most a premises may open or trade under its licence, not its actual opening times.
