Licence conditions (11)
  1. Where a premises licence authorises the sale of alcohol, the licence must include the following conditions:
  2. years of age (or such older age as may be specified in the policy) to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and either- (a) a holographic mark, or (b) an ultraviolet feature.

The Licensee will ensure that the following systems are maintained and inspected by by a suitably qualified professional person in accordance with appropriate British Standard and at intervals recommended in national guidance, and will keep records of such inspections available for inspection by authorised officers on request: Fire alarm systems Emergency lighting system Fire fighting equipment.
  8. The Licensee will ensure that the Fire Brigade is called immediately in the event of fire, however slight, and the details recorded in a Fire Log-book. Prevention of Public Nuisance
  9. The Licensee will carry out regular checks and clear any litter.
  10. The Licensee will ensure that signs are displayed requesting customers to leave the premises quietly. Protection of Children from Harm
  11. All members of staff at the premises will seek PASS accredited proof of age cards, photo-driving licences or passports as proof of age evidence from any persons who appears to be under the age of 18 and who is seeking to purchase or consume alcohol on the premises.
