  1. A recording internal and external CCTV system will be installed and will ordinarily be in fully operational use at all times the venue is operating under its premises licence.
  2. CCTV system will be of a standard and format agreed by the Police as acceptable for evidential use if required.
  3. As a minimum any copies burned off for the Police must be capable of being played on any Windows based system without the need for further software and without the need for any enhancement.
  4. The recording equipment will be stored and operated in a secure environment with limited access to avoid damage, theft, unauthorised viewing and maintain the integrity of the system.
  5. The system will be regularly maintained and serviced and the system clock will be checked regularly for accuracy taking account of GMT and BST.
  6. Police and authorised officers of Havant Borough Council shall have access to data from the systems quickly and easily and therefore provision will be made for someone to have access to the secure area and also be able to operate the equipment and to supply footage in a format which can be easily viewed.
  7. All operators will receive training from the installer when equipment is installed and this training will be cascaded down to new members of staff.
  8. An operator's manual will be available to assist in replaying and exporting data.
  9. A member of the Management team will be on the premises all the time the store is open.
  10. A person will have responsibility for the premises whilst the premises are open.
  11. All incidents of anti social behaviour to be reported to Police.
  12. First aid kits, fire extinguishers and fire blankets will be in the premises.
  13. All doors and windows will be kept closed to prevent the escape of noise and fumes.
  14. All delivery drivers to be instructed to enter and leave their vehicles quietly and considerately, not to leave engines running, to park considerately.
  15. At all times to have consideration for neighbours.
  16. Staff to encourage customers to leave the premises quietly.

  18. The public will be restricted from entering any area used for cooking or preparing food.
