Licence conditions (15)
  1. General: All events are closely monitored by staff and we will continue to promote all licensing objectives.
  2. Activities and access to the premises will be by invitation only for organised functions. Club stewards will always be in attendance.
  3. The Prevention of Crime and Disorder: We have CCTV operating in and outside the premises and as above
  4. The Prevention of Public Nuisance: Notices are in place concerning the leaving of our premises and see general above
  5. The Protection of Children from harm: We do not allow children to evening functions.
  6. All children present at functions will be supervised by parents or responsible adults
  7. Public Safety: The premises conform to all health and safety requirements and have been inspected by the fire authorities
  8. Added Condition as a result of consultation with Hertfordshire Constabulary:
  9. This premises will not to be used for functions centred around the 18-21 age group.
  10. Conditions attached at the hearing: 7th October 2009.
  11. Prevention of public nuisance:
  12. 1. Noise and vibrations shall not be allowed to emanate from the premises to cause nuisance to near by premises.
  13. 2. French Doors to be kept closed when live music is being played.
  14. 3. To provide the licensing officers with a copy of the stewards' guidance.
  15. 4. A contact number to be supplied to residents on request.
