Licence conditions (14)
  1. Where a premises licence authorises the sale of alcohol, the licence must include the following conditions:
  2. years of age (or such older age as may be specified in the policy) to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and either- (a) a holographic mark, or (b) an ultraviolet feature.
  3. General Conditions
  4. The reception/office from where the alcohol is sold will locked when not in use.
  5. No one under the age of 18 years will be permitted on site unless they are accompanied by an adult. Crime and Disorder
  6. 24 hour CCTV will be in operation covering the entrance and reception area. The CCTV system will be maintained in full working order. All recordings will be maintained for at least 28 days and will be made available to an authorised officer of the Licensing Authority or a police officer on demand.
  7. All staff will be trained on the responsible sale of alcohol. Records of all staff training will be maintained and kept on site. These will be made available to an authorised officer of the Licensing Authority and a police officer.
  8. The office/reception will never be left unattended when it is open to the public. Fridges in which alcohol is kept will be locked after 9pm when reception closes. Public Safety
  9. Good lighting will be provided at the entrance, reception and car park.
  10. There will be weekly and monthly checks of fire safety equipment.
  11. All guests will be made aware of emergency procedures and who to contact in an emergency.
  12. Sufficient bins including recycling and glass bins will be available. Prevention of Public Nuisance
  13. The Cosy Camping Policy will make campers and podders aware of a 'Quiet Time' from 22:00 until 07:00 and to respect their neighbours.
