  1. MC1 - The supply of alcohol
  2. MC0101 - Where a premises licence authorises the supply of alcohol, the licence must include the following conditions:-
  3. (a) at a time where there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or
  4. (b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
  5. The refusals register is to be completed every time a refusal is made to someone because they appear to be under 21, in a format agreed by Kent Trading Standards.
  6. All CCTV images will be stored on hard drive for a minimum period of 31 days and will be made available to the Police or authorized licensing officer from the Council on request.
  7. The Challenge 21 policy should be published in store with use of sufficient notices for all potential purchasers to be aware of it. This policy should be adhered to in all instances.
  8. All staff will receive relevant training and endorse the Challenge 21 scheme in order to prevent any underage sales of alcohol taking place.
