No other sales of bottles or cans of alcohol to be taken off the premises after 24.00 except bottles of alcohol accurately recorded on an invoice and pre-ordered by 03.00 for delivery to an address. Invoice to be carried on delivery van and produced by delivery driver to authorised Licensing Officers of the Council and Police Officers.
