- All staff shall be trained in relevant age restrictions in respect of products, recognising signs of drunkenness, how to refuse service, and the conditions in force under this licence. 2. Documented records of training completed shall be kept for each member of staff. Training shall be regularly refreshed and at no greater than 12 monthly intervals. Training records must be made available for inspection upon request by a Police officer or an authorised officer of Colchester Borough Council.
- An incident log (which may be electronically recorded) shall be kept at the premises for at least six months and made available on request to the Police or an authorised officer of the Licensing Authority. The log must record details of the incident, date, time, the staff who dealt with it, the action taken, the outcome, and whether the emergency services were called. The incident log must record incidents in relation to - all ejections of customers any complaints receivedany incidents of disorderthe date and time of the refused alcohol sale and the name of the member of staff who refused the sale. any visit by a relevant authority or emergency service 4. Alcohol supplied in the retail area will be sold in sealed bottles for consumption off the premises
- The Challenge 25 scheme must be operated to ensure that any person who appears to be under the age of 25 shall provide documented proof that he/she is over 18 years of age. Proof of age shall only comprise a passport, photo card driving licence, an HM Forces warrant card, or a card bearing the PASS hologram. 6.The premises shall display prominent signage indicating that the Challenge 25 scheme is in operation. 7. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult to enter the zoo grounds.
