Licence conditions (1)
- The Licence holder shall maintain a recordable CCTV system, capable pf providing pictures of evidential quality. Cameras shall (where permitted) encompass all ingress and egress from the premises including fire exits, outside areas and all working areas where the sale/supply of alcohol occurs. In the event of an incident the licence holder shall be able to download date and time marked and it shall be retained for no less than 28 days. The licence holder shall make the footage available to the Police/Local Authority within 36 hours of their request. The licence holder shall keep and maintain a register for all incidents (injury/refusal/age challenge) on the premises. Records shall be time and date marked and produced to the Police/Local Authority on demand. The Licence holder shall use a Challenge 25 photo ID system, and all staff will be trained regularly in its use. The licence holder shall keep the training records at the Society’s head office and these will be available to the Police/Local Authority on request. Staff are to receive refresher training every 6 months.
