  1. General - all four licensing objectives
  2. 1. A closed circuit TV monitoring system shall be installed and maintained. Images shall be recorded and retained for at least 21 days and shall be handed to police / local authority on request.

  9. 1. No deliveries shall take place between the hours of 2300 and 0600 the following day

  11. 1. All staff shall be trained in relation to underage related sales of alcohol.
  12. 2. The "Challenge 25" scheme shall be in place and notices of this shall be prominently displayed within the store.
  13. 3. There shall be an electronic till prompt when alcohol is scanned to remind staff to check the age of the purchaser.
  14. 4. "Age Refusals Register" refusals book kept in the premises to record where sales of alcohol are challenged or refused.
