  1. We will promote all four licensing objectives through robust policies, staff training, secure technology controls, and close cooperation with partner venues, delivery providers, and responsible authorities.
  2. All alcohol sales will comply with the Licensing Act 2003 and associated guidance, and systems will be regularly reviewed to ensure continued compliance.
  3. Alcohol will only be sold on behalf of premises that hold a valid premises licence or appropriate authorisation to sell alcohol.
  4. The platform will include secure payment systems and transaction monitoring to prevent fraud and misuse.
  5. Clear records of orders, payments and deliveries will be maintained and made available to responsible authorities upon request.
  6. Staff involved in managing the platform will receive training on licensing responsibilities and recognising suspicious or unlawful activity.
  7. The business will cooperate fully with the police, local authority and trading standards if any concerns arise.
  8. Alcohol will be supplied only via reputable delivery partners who operate safe delivery practices.
  9. Orders will be clearly labelled as containing alcohol and will require delivery to a residential or business address only.
  10. Alcohol will not be sold or supplied for immediate consumption via the platform.
  11. The platform will ensure accurate product descriptions, including alcohol content, to allow informed consumer choice.
  12. Any issues affecting customer safety will be logged, investigated and addressed promptly. The business operates solely as an online platform and does not provide on-site consumption, entertainment or late-night physical premises.
  13. Alcohol sales will be dispatched via scheduled deliveries, reducing the risk of disturbance to local residents but we do work on an industrial park and not in a residential area Customers will be reminded to consume alcohol responsibly through messaging on the platform and order confirmations.
  14. Any complaints relating to nuisance will be recorded, reviewed and acted upon in cooperation with partner venues and delivery providers.
  15. Robust age-verification measures will be in place at the point of online purchase, including age-confirmation declarations.
  16. Delivery partners will be instructed to operate a Challenge 25 (or equivalent) policy and to refuse delivery where valid photographic ID is not produced.
  17. Alcohol will not be marketed or promoted in a way that is likely to appeal to children.
  18. Staff will be trained on safeguarding responsibilities and the legal requirements relating to the sale of alcohol to under-18s.
  19. Any attempted underage purchases or delivery refusals will be logged and reviewed.
