Licence conditions (13)
  1. Where a premises licence authorises the sale of alcohol, the licence must include the following conditions:
  2. Tickets for events can only be pre booked by a person aged 18 years and over.
  3. All events will be pre-arranged and will not be open to the general public.
  4. The licence holder shall ensure all staff are trained in responsible alcohol retailing. This training can be done in house and the training records should be kept on the premises and must be made available for inspection by an authorised officer of the local authority or an authorised member of Suffolk Constabulary immediately upon request.   5. The premises licence holder shall install and maintain a comprehensive CCTV system. CCTV will cover all public areas where licensable activities take place, including entry and exit points. The CCTV system shall continually record whilst the premises is open for licensable activities and when customers remain on the premises. All recordings shall be stored for a minimum period of 30 days with date and time stamping. Recordings shall be made available immediately upon the request of Police or an Authorised Officer. A staff member who is able to operate the system shall be on the premises at all times when the premises are open to the public. This staff member will be able to show recordings to Police or an Authorised Officer with minimum delay when requested and be able to download video onto a disc or memory stick, which can be played back on a computer or other digital retrieval system, within 24 hours of a request for download.   6. The licence holder shall ensure that any dangerous or hazardous materials are stored away safely to coincide with the daily operations of being a classic car restoration company.
  7. The licence holder shall ensure that all fire exists are clearly defined and marked.
  8. The licence holder shall ensure adequate site lighting shall be provided at all times that the site is open to the public, including a search light and emergency lighting.
  9. The licence holder shall ensure that there are staff on site when the premises is open for events that are trained in first aid. The prevention of public nuisance
  10. The licence holder shall monitor noise levels at the premises and outdoors and take appropriate action when necessary
  11. The premises licence holder shall ensure that all small intimate events will be hosted inside the building, there will be space for clientele to drink outside and also for smoking. The protection of children from harm
  12. The premises licence holder shall ensure that all children will be accompanied by an adult at all times.
  13. The licence holder shall implement the 'Challenge 25' scheme, ensuring prominent signage is displayed throughout the premises and all staff are trained in its operation. The Licence Holder shall ensure that any person selling or supplying alcohol at the premises, under the authority of a Personal Licence Holder, asks for photographic proof of ID document where they have reason to suspect that the individual may be less than 25 years of age.
