  1. The alcohol will be sold as part of a food menu and to no under 18s.
  2. The workshops that we provide alcohol to are for only 2 hours and will be advertised, no under 18s will be there.
  3. There will be a tick box online when ordering with flowers to confirm over 18.
  4. No persons that appear drunk will be served.
  5. All high teas and workshops are pre booked therefore there would be no influx of too many people drinking alcohol at one time.
  6. Everyone will be asked to leave quietly and signs will be put up reiterating this.
  7. No under 18s are allowed on a high tea or workshop.
  8. ID will be asked of anyone looking under the age of 25.
