- This licence is subject to such further Conditions as are consistent with any restrictions imposed on the use of the premises for the existing licensable activities under the licence by virtue of the enactments hereinafter set out:- Children and Young Persons Act 1933 Cinematograph (Safety) Regulations 1955 Sporting Events (Control of Alcohol Etc) Act 1985
- The following non-standard timings shall apply in respect of the Licensable Activities stated: For Sale and Supply of alcohol - on Valentine's Night; Burns Night; St David's Day; St Patrick Day; St George's Day; St Andrews Day; Good Friday; Easter Saturday; Easter Monday; May Bank Holiday; August Bank Holiday; Christmas Eve - 1 additonal hour. Provision of Live Music and Dancing on New Year's Eve to end at 02.00 on New Year's Day. A sign shall be displayed on the Club Notice Board showing the times Licensable Activities are permitted. The Club shall comply with Health & Safety and Fire Precaution Regulations. Fire Action notices shall be displayed. The Club shall comply with advised capacity limits. Signage shall be displayed at all exits requesting members and their guests to respect the nedds of local residents by quietly leaving the Premises and the car park. A free telephone service to Taxi companies shall be provided. When Live or Recorded Music is played, all reasonable steps shall be taken to avoid disturbance to neighbouring properties. On occasions when children are allowed into the Club, it shall be a pre-condition that they are under the immediate supervision of either their parents/guardians or Committee Members at all times. Persons under the age of 18 shall be allowed into the Club only if accompanied by an adult member. Signage shall be posted at the bar prohibiting the direct or indirect supply or delivery of alcohol to children who shall be prohibited from consuming alcohol or playing the Gaming Machine.
