Licence conditions (19)
- The maximum number of events in a calendar year where live music, karaoke or recorded music (except incidental background music) is played shall be limited to no more than 25 in total, (including those events taking place at non standard timings).
- There shall be no disposal of bottles in outside bins by staff after 21.00 hours.
- Notices shall be displayed on the premises requesting customers to leave the premises quietly and such notices are to include reference to the car-park.

- All door staff, when used, shall be Security Industry Authority (SIA) approved and operate within the security industry guidelines.
- A zero tolerance policy towards illegal drugs shall be enforced at all times.
- When a disc jockey is used on any night, he/she will ask customers to leave quietly.
- In the event a CCTV system is installed on the premises, the system shall be operational at all times after 23.00 hours and notices will be displayed indicating its use.
- All instances of crime and disorder shall be reported to the police forthwith and recorded in an incident log book kept on the premises.

- Free drinking water shall be available at all times.
- Public Nuisance
- Checks shall be made by staff, when regulated entertainment is being offered, to ensure that the level of noise emanating from the premises does not constitute a nuisance to neighbouring premises.

- When children are on the premises, any entertainment offered within the premises shall be suitable for young persons.
- Children shall be accompanied by an adult at all times.
